JOB DESCRIPTION - AUTOMATIONS & AI INTEGRATION EXPERT DAYSHIFT, REMOTE (Sri-Lanka based) Technology & Innovation | Australia-HQ | Full-Time / Part-Time/Contracting (Flexible) Reports To: Managing Director / Head of Operations / CTO Location: Australia-based company (Remote – Sri Lanka based contractor) Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible) Salary Range: Open-rate for discussion Start Date: Immediate / By Arrangement ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly capable Automation & AI Integration Specialist to design, build, and deploy scalable automation systems that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual workload, and enable smarter decision-making across the business. This is a hands-on builder role, not a support function. You will take ownership of automation initiatives—from identifying opportunities to delivering production-ready solutions that directly impact business performance. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, integrate systems, and implement AI-powered tools across operations, marketing, finance, and customer experience.
