Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in medical technology to continuously improve service practices. Comply with all regulatory standards and guidelines for medical equipment maintenance and service. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and service history. Train and mentor junior technicians on technical procedures and best practices. Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on service requests and address any concerns or questions. Participate in on-call rotation to provide emergency service and support for critical medical equipment. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times. Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations.
