As a Director, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients in the household goods and personal care/durables space. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the household goods and personal care/durables industry. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry, utilizing market knowledge and industry trends. Conduct thorough financial analyses and risk assessments of potential and existing clients. Collaborate with internal teams to create and tailor financial solutions that meet the specific needs of clients. Stay updated on industry developments and changes, and use this knowledge to inform and guide clients. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures. Meet and exceed sales targets set by management. Provide regular reports and updates on client portfolio performance and progress. Attend industry events and network with potential clients to expand client base. Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in the industry.
