<br><p><strong>Team Summary</strong></p><p>The Investment Performance & Analysis team supports investment professionals and business partners by delivering accurate, timely, and insightful performance and attribution analysis across strategies. The team partners closely with portfolio management, portfolio analysis, client reporting, and technology stakeholders to maintain and enhance attribution platforms, strengthen reporting processes, and ensure results are reliable and decision-useful.</p><p><strong>About the Position</strong></p><p>The Senior Analyst, Fixed Income Attribution role requires a strong understanding of fixed income securities, characteristics, and attribution. This person should be able to confidently explain performance and attribution results to key stakeholders, including Portfolio Managers, Portfolio Analysts, and Client Reporting partners.</p><p><strong>Role Summary</strong></p><p>Provides technical and subject matter expertise over fixed income-related processes and platforms. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of performance return and attribution data generated by fixed income attribution platforms. Participates in strategic fixed income attribution transformation efforts.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Understand the end-to-end process for fixed income attribution analysis, including transaction loading to vendor platforms, security mapping, return reconciliation, attribution reconciliation, and interpretation of results.</li><li>Analyze and define business issues, opportunities, and enhancements, and help implement solutions to improve reporting processes and technology surrounding the fixed income attribution platform.</li><li>Use technical knowledge and business expertise to recommend and design solutions to complex business problems, including supporting development and testing for fixed income attribution platforms.</li><li>Analyze and review business requirements for complex projects, determine feasibility, develop project documentation and proposals, and make recommendations to managers and business partners.</li><li>Serve as an escalation point for system or business process issues and manage relationships with affected stakeholders to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.</li><li>Apply sound business judgment, technical knowledge, and project management experience to navigate institutional business lines and influence outcomes where appropriate.</li><li>Work with investment staff and stakeholders to explain attribution results and help ensure models align with portfolio management objectives.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.</li><li>3+ years of experience in investment performance measurement, portfolio accounting, performance accounting, attribution analysis, or investment operations.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Bloomberg PORT, including transaction validation, performance analysis, and reconciliation activities.</li><li>Experience reconciling holdings, transactions, returns, and performance data across investment platforms and reporting systems.</li><li>Experience supporting fixed income portfolios and investment performance reporting processes.</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.</li><li>Experience communicating performance and attribution results to investment professionals and business stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications </strong></p><ul><li>Experience working with FactSet or other performance measurement and attribution platforms.</li><li>Understanding of fixed income securities, portfolio characteristics, and sources of return.</li><li>Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.</li><li>Experience participating in performance measurement, attribution, or reporting platform enhancements and transformation initiatives.</li><li>Progress toward or completion of a CIPM, CFA, or other relevant investment industry designation.</li></ul><p><br></p>
