Freelance Logistics Operator & Content Creator (TMS / Last-Mile / Warehouse)

We’re looking for operators who can turn that real experience into content — written and potentially on camera.

You’ve worked in logistics, dealt with dispatch issues, missed delivery windows, broken integrations, and systems that don’t talk to each other. You know what happens between the warehouse and the customer — and where things fall apart.

What You’ll Create

• Long-form articles and breakdowns

(TMS/WMS workflows, last-mile operations, tool comparisons, real-world setups)

• Opinion-driven content

What works, what doesn’t, and where systems fail in practice

• Hands-on insights

Based on actual experience using or managing logistics tools and operations

• Video content

(walkthroughs, explainers, or commentary — we can guide you here if needed)

Priority Backgrounds

We’re especially looking for people who have worked in:

• Last-mile / final-mile delivery operations

(especially big & bulky — furniture, appliances, white-glove delivery)

• VP of Operations / Logistics Director roles

(mid-market, involved in TMS/WMS decisions or implementations)

• 3PL coordination or management

(managing carrier networks, vendor selection, system complexity)

• Warehouse operations management

(inbound/outbound, cross-docking, fulfillment workflows)

What We’re Looking For

• Real, hands-on logistics experience

• Strong understanding of systems like TMS, WMS, or dispatch platforms

• Familiarity with concepts like:

• Final mile / last mile

• Cross-docking & consolidation

• POD (proof of delivery)

• LTL & carrier management

• Routing, scheduling, and contractor workflows

• Ability to form clear opinions based on experience

• Clear, direct communication — you can explain complex workflows without fluff

• Comfortable sharing honest takes (not vendor talking points)
