Role Description

Under direct supervision, responsible for servicing and managing relationships with an assigned book of business.

Medline has an immediate need for 4 Account Management Support Representatives. This is a 100% remote role.

Major Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned book of business (new and existing zero accounts).
  • Support and work with all service managers and specialists for assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the defined customer base to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Respond to escalated issues that may arise; seek additional support from management as needed.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with customers to understand their needs and link them to the organization’s product/service strategies.
  • Manage pricing and service-related activities.
  • Perform product cross-referencing activities.
  • Create and run monthly/quarterly reports.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of account management or sales experience (preferred).
  • Background in commissioned, tangible product sales (preferred).
  • Experience identifying, connecting with, building consensus, and closing new business (preferred).
  • Ability to present multiple product lines (preferred).
