This role is fully AI-enabled, leveraging AI to drive efficient, elevated client delivery. You will play a supporting role in managing client satisfaction and relationships. In addition, you are responsible for supporting business improvement by meeting personal and departmental goals and objectives effectively and on time.</div><div> </div><div><b>A Day in the Life</b><b></b></div><div><i>Deliverables</i><i></i></div><ul><li><span></span>Develop high-quality content for an array of projects, including publications (eg, abstracts, presentations, and manuscripts), advisory boards, scientific platforms, gap analyses, literature summaries, slide sets, and training materials</li><li><span></span>Develop materials that are grammatically accurate and audience appropriate</li><li><span></span>Leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to produce content efficiently and at elevated quality standards, maintaining scientific rigor throughout</li></ul><div><i>Client Responsibility</i><i></i></div><ul><li><span></span>Gain an understanding of the treatment landscape and strategic positioning of client products to help produce strategically aligned materials</li><li><span></span>Assess project needs and challenges; identify and implement solutions to meet productivity, quality, and client goals while maintaining compliance standards</li><li><span></span>Participate in client meetings and answer questions about projects when necessary</li><li><span></span>Apply AI capabilities to accelerate deliverable turnaround times and elevate the quality of client-facing content, ensuring outputs reflect the highest standards of scientific accuracy and strategy</li></ul><div><i>Internal Collaboration & Leadership</i><i></i></div><ul><li><span></span>Build strong partnerships with and understand the importance of meeting the needs of internal teams</li><li><span></span>Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize time to manage duties, communicating proactively when unable to meet timelines</li><li><span></span>Work on multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing appropriately</li><li><span></span>Collaborate with team to execute project and meet deadlines</li><li><span></span>Emerging ability to assess areas for opportunity and improvement</li><li><span></span>Actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of Vaniam Group’s LLM by applying and sharing deep scientific and therapeutic area expertise to inform, validate, and refine AI outputs</li></ul><div><i>Business Development</i><i></i></div><ul><li><span></span>Ensures that work is of the highest quality and instills confidence for clients</li><li><span></span>Begin to think strategically about work and develop an awareness of the work’s impact on business strategy</li></ul><div><i>Other duties may be assigned to help drive deliverables within this role.</i><i></i></div><div> </div><div><b>What You Must Have</b><b></b></div><div><i>Education and Experience</i><i></i></div><ul><li><span></span>PhD in life sciences, MD, or PharmD</li><li><span></span>At least 1 year of work experience in an agency, the pharmaceutical industry, or a related scientific or medical writing position. The range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000.
