Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Consultant

<p><strong>Basic Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Candidate is expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team, being able to demonstrate an ability to develop other colleagues</li> <li>Must have at least 2 full India Payroll implementation experience till go live and hyper care support</li> <li>Ability to understand, analyze and solve both explicit and implicit requirements</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job description-</strong></p> <ul> <li>Over all 4+ years of experience in oracle Cloud as Payroll functional preferably for India and US legislation.</li> <li>Must have experience working on all phases of Project like Requirement gathering, CRP, SIT,UAT, Train the trainer sessions, Cutover, Production support etc</li> <li>Involved in business process workshops and advised client on impacts of adopting Enhanced solutions of Cloud Payroll</li> <li>Experience in integrating payroll with Absences and with costings to General Ledger and PPM modules</li> <li>Must have strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM cloud Solutions including extensive experience in areas of business process analytics, requirement definition and Solution design.</li> <li>Should have experience in building detailed functional specification documents, Test case preparations and Functional Testing</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Skills (at least two implementation experience)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Payroll</li> <li>Core HCM</li> </ul>
