We handle it all so partners can unlock value faster.The RoleWe’re looking for a highly analytical and strategic pricing leader to own revenue optimization across our rapidly growing portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of data science, strategy, and execution, responsible for driving measurable impact on occupancy, revenue, and profitability.You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations to shape pricing decisions at the home, market, and network level.Key Responsibilities<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Own pricing and revenue optimization strategy for all homes, balancing occupancy, rate, and contribution profit.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Enhance and scale our machine learning–driven pricing model.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Develop and deploy dynamic pricing logic for lifecycle stages (launch vs. mature), stay lengths, and distribution channels.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Build and maintain pricing and performance dashboards using Python, SQL, and Looker.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Run elasticity tests, scenario modeling, and pacing analysis to guide decisions with a test-and-learn mindset.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Integrate external data sources (AirDNA, CoStar) into pricing strategies.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Partner with Marketing on channel mix and ROAS tradeoffs, ensuring OTA vs. direct pricing alignment.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to influence revenue and investment decisions.</li></ul>What You’ll Bring<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">7–10+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or data analytics (ideally in hospitality, travel, or other perishable-inventory industries).</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Hands-on fluency with revenue management systems and multi-property pricing strategies.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience building or managing algorithmic or ML-based pricing systems.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Deep understanding of price elasticity, occupancy forecasting, and RevPAR optimization.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex analyses for executives.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">High bias for action and comfort operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience with OTA pricing or channel management (Airbnb, Expedia, Booking.com).</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Familiarity with CoStar or AirDNA datasets.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strong Python skills (pandas, statsmodels, etc.) for building revenue analytics and modeling.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ability to design and interpret statistical tests to balance revenue and conversion outcomes.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience in high-growth startups or tech-enabled real estate.</li></ul>What we offer<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Competitive compensation + stock options</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Comprehensive benefits — Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D, Disability, Mental Health, Pet, Commuter, FSA or HSA</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">401(k) plan and access to ImmediatePay</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Generous PTO policy</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Opportunities for upward mobility — we want you to grow with us</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">$750 annually in Landing Stays</li></ul>Landing is an equal opportunity employer.
