<p><strong><u>Position Overview:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>Bob Evans Farms, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior National Account Manager (Sr. NAM) of Club/Mass to join our team. This individual is responsible for identifying sales opportunities and analyzing appropriate, strategic business and industry drivers, cross-functional work to commercialize both retail and food service products to Club/Mass retail partners. Additionally, this position develops, implements, and manages a sales strategy to achieve aggressive sales plans, deliver new product distribution, improve operating margins through effective merchandising, pricing, promotional strategy and forecasting.</p><p><br></p><p>This role requires exceptional organizational skills and high analytical acumen. The ideal candidate will balance a strong customer/CPG focus and have a passion for learning to maximize total enterprise value with customers across Club/Mass Channels and manage potential RFP’s within branded and private label categories. This candidate will be self-motivated and self-directed with a drive to find new opportunities to grow the business. This role will need to be a skilled internal collaborator and will need to successfully partner with cross functional teammates including Brand Marketing, Marketing, Product Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal to drive optimal results.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Accountabilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Manages a significant customer account portfolio of accounts (>$50M in sales) or has direct report responsibility</li><li>Accountable for sales performance vs. plan (AOP delivery), revenue, and margin targets for assigned accounts and assigned categories</li><li>Responsible for accurate demand plans and addresses gaps in customer strategic plan</li><li>Collaborates with broker teams to ensure key sales goals are achieved at assigned accounts</li><li>Build relationships with key decision makers and is responsible for day-to-day relationships at assigned accounts and is the primary contact for the buyer</li><li>Conducts monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with customers focused on sales results, new item performance, and growth opportunities</li><li>Builds strategic relationship through joint business planning and customer collaboration</li><li>Works closely with Category Management team to identify whitespace opportunities and to develop annual plans to address opportunity</li><li>Communicates Innovation, category insights, shopper insights, that drive impactful results for our customers and Bob Evans</li><li>Reviews analysis and consumer data to understand product performance and category trends</li><li>Defines and communicates customer requests to the organization – becomes voice of customer to the organization</li><li>Develops promotional plans and tactics; responsible for planning and managing promotional spending / calendar</li><li>Executes revenue generation strategies including support for new item rollouts, expanded distribution, and development of strategic category business plans</li><li>Collaborate with various internal teams to create winning business propositions that benefit Bob Evans and the customer (Category Management, Trade Management, Brand, Shopper Marketing, and E-Commerce)</li><li>Attention to detail by being focused, organized by meeting customer timelines and directives</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Experience and Education:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business Administration (or related field)</li><li>Minimum 8years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>Working knowledge selling in the CPG industry with a special emphasis on experience with the following customer channels/ retailers: Non-Commercial Food Service, Club, Grocery, and Mass</li><li>Preferred experience selling perishable items –Home Meal Replacement, Side Dishes, Meat Products, Breakfast items including Eggs</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Tableau, exp w/Sales Reporting Systems</li></ul><p></p>
