Develop and execute strategies to drive profitable growth and expand market share in Western Canada. Lead and manage a team of sales and distribution professionals to achieve sales and revenue targets. Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, agents, and clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales and distribution strategies. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the insurance industry, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics. Provide guidance and coaching to team members to enhance their sales and distribution skills. Identify training and development needs for the team and implement appropriate programs. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and build relationships. Stay updated on industry best practices and market trends to inform strategic decisions. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team. Travel within Western Canada as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
